Abstract


Research to prove whether or not there is an association (influence) between the variable Quality of Service and Satomi Satomi Cafe & Resto Satisfaction in Surabaya, are the five variables simultaneously and partially and which variable has the most significant effect. The result is used as a contribution of thought to face the same or the same problem at another time and place. The results of this study on Consumer Satisfaction will be presented as a contribution of the thoughts of researchers to the owners or managers of Naomi Cafe & Resto Surabaya in the hope that it can be applied to provide satisfaction to consumers of Naomi Cafe & Resto Surabaya.
