Abstract


The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction of food and beverage service departement employees at Sasando Hotel Kupang. Analyzing the leadership style of the food and beverage service department manager Hotel Sasando Kupang. Analyzing job satisfaction of food and beverage service departement employees Sasando Hotel Kupang. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The Food and Beverage Service Department Hotel Sasando can be seen in table 14 showing that the constant value = 5254 and B = 0.427 means that the leadership style is 0.427.
